Did call up once and have a lovely lady who was very helpful and had great customer service skills.
I found these by doing research and finding great reviews on M&S but by reading the small print and seeing these were who supplied M&S incurance went straight to them and saved money.
So for peace of mind worth every penny |

I managed to read the small print of Marks and Spencers wedding insurance and noted it was supplied by Ecclesiastical and went straight to them which made us a small saving.
The organising of the policy online was easy enough and when I called the customer service line to ask a question the lady was very friendly and polite.
Unfortunately (although in our case it was a good thing) we didn't have to use it but for the cost of £69 it was great peace of mind especially with cakes and dresses coming from different houses down to mine.
Overall a good £69 spent |
