| Cars in very poor condition |   |
| Visited last weekend to have a look at the cars more so the Vintage Bentley And Rolls. Having spent many years around vintage cars I cant express how disappointing it was to see such beautiful cars in such poor condition. Poor restoration, appalling paintwork and hugely un-cared for. Apparently the Bentley had been "recently repainted", it must have been a cheap job and the chrome looked like someone had been cleaning it with wire wool. |

| Disappointing | |
| We found the service very disappointing and would not recommend it to others. We paid for a professional friendly service on our wedding day and unfortunately this was not what we got. The driver was rude and the car turned up with no ribbons on it even though this is what we had requested and paid for - without ribbons it didn't really look like a wedding car. After the wedding we complained and they admitted they didnt have ribbons on the car etc but told us that we should have raised the complaint on our wedding day! After that they ignored our emails. We have never written a bad review before but felt compelled to as we wish someone had warned us before we booked them for our wedding - we would strongly advise booking another chauffeur service for your wedding. |

A fantastic company from start to finish. Not only did the cars arrive in tip top condition but every little extra was taken care of from the pink, ivory and mocha napkins in the limo to the pink ribbons on the front of both cars. Even the drivers wore pink ties to match in. It was the little things that stood out too, the driver had a bottle of water for me when i was in the car on the way there as he said so many brides get dry mouths on the way.
Supreme service and will use again if we ever need it. |
