Completely disagree!!!
I have to completely disagree with these reviews.
The salesman was fantastic and so patient with us while we decided as we couldn't agree on what we wanted.
We adventually decided on a design with a slight difference in his to mine.
The price was reasonable, maybe alot more than your usual high street jewellers but these aren't manufactured but unique!!
We waited 5 weeks but the rings were perfect and more beautiful than we imagined.
Overall we had fantastic service and would highly recommend |

Over Priced & Over Pushey!
We saw Smooch at a local wedding show, and their stand did look impressive - along with the patter. Hubby liked the idea of not having to traipse around looking at rings all day, and can choose in the comfort of our lounge.
Like the first reveiw on here a male rep came to our house, and once we went through some poorly made samples, etc we made a selection, and the quote was very high for 2 platinum rings, and their pricing on their inserted diamonds is for to high in relation to the spec of the cut and clarity.
We were even given a quote for Palladium ring for hubby - but we still weren't impressed. Said we would need to think about it. Rep was happy about that.... But he kept calling to see if we had made a decision.
In the meantime we found an independent Jeweller - who also came to our house. His samples were better, his approach was lovely and he could give us exactly what we wanted - no compromise- for a better price - instead of from the Smooch one size fits all style catalogue.
I'll review Jewellry For Life in a minute. |

Nice rings, expensive and very pushy sales guy
I made an appointment for a sales rep to come around and visit us after seeing an advert in a wedding magazine.
The sales guy was extremely pushy and really wanted to get a sale but the quote we were given seemed very expensive even though the rings looked fantastic.
We decided to hang off much to the guys annoyment so glad we did, managed to go with a local jewellars and save over £300 and have gone on to read about smooch on a few forums and seems many people aren't pleased with their buy
So do some research first and shop around, don't get pushed into their sales pitch!!! |
