|We had been let down on the tuesday before the wedding on the saturday.so we needed a car to take the bride to the church.|
We gave Pageant chauffeur services a call and was so releaved they could help us on our special day.
On the day of the wedding they called the bride to let her know the car was on its way. Gary the chauffeur turned up well on time and was professional to a t.
The car was perfect and Gary drove well.

|We visited Pageant Chauffeurs in October 2011 and decided on a car for our wedding in September 2012 and paid our deposit. As our wedding approached I had not heard from Pageant Chauffeurs and so contacted them to pay the remaining balance. I was told that I would hear from them in the week running up to the wedding to confirm timings etc. We were getting married on the Saturday and by Thursday had still not heard from them. I contacted them and spoke to Karen on the Thursday morning to make sure everything was ok only to be told that the car we had booked was not currently working and had been awaiting a part for 2 weeks. They offered us an alternative car but it was not anywhere near what we had booked and so as we were not entitled to a refund we settled for a car for my bridesmaids instead. On the day of the wedding the car turned up but appeared to have a leak of some sort as water was coming from underneath the bonnet. My wedding party got in the car but it would not start. After trying to start the car several times it was left to rest and then tried again. Luckily this time it started. After the ceremony I had arranged for my bridesmaids and family to go in the car to the reception venue but when we arrived they were no-where to be seen. Half an hour later a different car arrived with my family in it as it had turned out that the original car would not start again and so they had to wait for another car to be delivered by Pageant Chauffeurs to take them to the venue. I was told by the chauffeur that I would hear from Karen or Gary with regards to the issues that had arisen on the day. When we returned from honeymoon we had not received either a letter or a phone call from Pageant Chauffeurs and so nearly a month after our wedding I contacted them myself. I found Karen was rude and unhelpful. She claimed that she had contacted me to tell me the car was not working, that they felt they didnít need to send a letter of apology as the chauffeur had already apologised on the day and that when Gary got the car back to his workshop there was nothing wrong with it. After all the chaos their cars had caused I couldnít believe that Karen was still trying to make out that they had given us a good service. They had no interest in hearing my feedback and their customer service skills were terrible.|

|We booked these people for our wedding in July. |
When we left the church the driver drove us to the wrong hotel for our reception! He apologised then asked if we knew how to get to the right hotel! We were a little annoyed but didnt think much of it at the time - it was our wedding day after all!
When we got back from our honeymoon we found a letter from them waiting for us saying they wanted an extra £40 because the driver told them our service took 1 hour 40 minutes. They said their terms and conditions clearly states that they only allow the cars to be out for 3 and a half hours and that they can charge £40 an hour extra if it runs over.
i re-read all the small print and cannot find anything saying this. Our service didnt take that long anyway!
They are now threatening to take us to court!
